THE HAUNTING ON EMERALD CUT

Calling all ghoulish paddlers!  Come explore with us this spooky season on the haunted Emerald Cut with an afterhours float full of spooky things! 


This is a guided paddle from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. (in some cases we are on the water later than 8:00pm). You will start the trip from King's Landing and paddle upstream for just under a mile. Once the entire group has reached the top, we will separate groups begin our float through the haunted Emerald Cut!


Experience:
For this event, we ask that you have some experience kayaking, are willing to be scared, and don't mind getting a little wet. We will be paddling in the dark and there will be scare zones scattered throughout the run.
If this does not sounds like something you would enjoy, please do not book this activity as it could potentially ruin it for the rest of our guests. Safety is a top priority! King's Landing staff will remove you from the tour if you are unable to properly navigate and steer the kayak. Thank you. 

Costume Contest:

Encouraging all paddlers to come dressed in your bone chilling or fun paddle attire costumes. The best dressed will receive a free 4 hour kayak rental for two during our daytime hours! Once the float is finished, you can stick around for the floating bonfire!

PLEASE PLAN ON ARRIVING NO LATER THAN 5:15PM 
Guests who arrive late will not be allowed to launch once the tour begins.

Twisted Bites will be selling Colombian smash burgers and hot dogs! Arrive early to grab a bite to eat!

Kayak, paddle equipment & safety gear included.

Children under the age of 13, will not be permitted.

Please ensure that all children that do attend are comfortable paddling in the dark. 

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in a double kayak.

THINGS TO KNOW.

RESERVATION POLICY.

  • Must be 18 years of age to make a reservation.

  • Anyone under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Minors under the age of 13 years old will not be permitted.

  • Pets are not permitted.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY.

  • To receive a refund, cancellations must be made 48-hours prior to the reservation. 

  • Cancellations made within 48-hours of reservation; an eGift Certificate will be issued. All eGift Certificates will be valid for one year.

  • Cancellations received on or after the reservation, no refund or eGift Certificate will be provided.

  • To cancel, reschedule or change a reservation, please email us at info@kingslandingfl.com.

 
BAD WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY.

  • If the event is canceled by a King’s Landing staff member due to severe weather conditions or for any safety reason at all, a full refund will be provided. Please note, we are in a natural environment. We do not cancel for light rain, overcast skies or any cool temperatures.
